About the Role

Salary Range

Estimated annual salary: $72,000-$98,000 USD, depending on experience, specialty, geographic considerations, and shift requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments and collect relevant clinical information.
• Provide evidence-based nursing advice, education, and care coordination.
• Identify clinical concerns and escalate urgent issues according to protocol.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Support patients through secure telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued by a U.S. state board of nursing.
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
• Experience with telehealth, case management, or patient triage preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a secure, fully remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace.
• BSN preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing may be considered.
• Active CPR certification and eligibility for applicable endorsements.
