About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse on our telehealth platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between patients and quality healthcare. You’ll conduct virtual assessments, provide health education, triage patient symptoms, and collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans.

What You’ll Do

• Perform telephone and video-based patient assessments and triage using evidence-based protocols
• Provide health education and preventive care guidance to patients across diverse populations
• Document patient interactions accurately in our electronic health record system
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Active, unrestricted RN license in good standing
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Technical & Skills Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technology
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth or triage nursing experience
• Experience in emergency room, urgent care, or primary care settings
• CCRN or other specialty certifications
• Multilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus)

Salary Range

$75,000 – $95,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience, credentials, and shift selection)
