About the Role

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient vitals and documenting vital signs accurately
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery protocols
• Identifying and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Requirements

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse who meets the following criteria:

• Active RN licensure in the state of Florida (or other state of residence)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Valid BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional degree preferred
