Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage calls based on established Med/Surg protocols.

• Monitor patient progress through remote patient monitoring tools and electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, medication management, and warning signs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a compact state or target state.
• Minimum three years of hands-on Medical/Surgical nursing experience required for this position.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; MSN or related certification is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technology platforms.
