About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence (compact license preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience (medical, surgical, cardiac, or neuro ICU).
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS certification highly desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision‑making abilities.

Salary and Compensation

Based on industry standards for remote ICU nursing positions, the estimated salary range is $78,000 – $95,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience, certifications, and shift differentials. Additional compensation may include shift premiums, overtime, and performance‑based bonuses.
