About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for a licensed real estate agent who wants to leverage the power of digital marketing and virtual showings to close deals from home. You’ll work with a supportive brokerage that provides leads, CRM tools, and ongoing coaching. No cold calling required—our systems generate qualified buyer and seller leads. What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process via video calls, phone, and email, providing expert advice and personalized service.
• Conduct virtual property tours using 3D walkthroughs, live video streaming, and interactive floor plans to showcase homes to buyers anywhere.
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs) to help sellers price their homes accurately and buyers make informed offers.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contingencies on behalf of your clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Facilitate smooth closings by coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers, all while keeping clients informed and stress-free.
• Maintain relationships with past clients through regular follow-up, market updates, and referral programs to generate repeat business and word-of-mouth leads.
• Stay current with real estate laws, market trends, and technology tools to provide top-notch service.
• Collaborate with our virtual administrative team to handle paperwork, transaction coordination, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing (or ability to obtain quickly through our sponsorship program).
• Proven track record of sales success; prior real estate experience is preferred but not required if you have strong transferable skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly via digital channels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing platforms, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams), and e-signature solutions (DocuSign).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Salary Range

Real estate is a commission-based profession, and your earnings potential is virtually unlimited. Our agents typically earn between $45,000 and $75,000 USD in their first year, with top performers exceeding $100,000. It’s common for experienced agents to earn well into the six figures. Your income is directly tied to your effort and the number of transactions you close, giving you full control over your paycheck.
