About the Role

As a Remote Real Estate Agent, you will be the face of our brokerage for clients in your designated market area. You will handle the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial consultations and property showings (leveraging virtual tour technology) to negotiations, contract management, and closing. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for and generate new client leads through our provided systems and your own networking.
• Conduct buyer consultations via video conference to understand needs and financial qualifications.
• Market listings through professional photography, virtual tours, social media advertising, and listing portals.
• Schedule and host virtual or in-person property showings while adhering to safety protocols.
• Negotiate offers, prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs), and guide clients through contract contingencies.
• Utilize our transaction management platform to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain consistent, clear communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state where you intend to practice. (We support license reciprocity and can guide new agents through the licensing process).
