About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Interpret a variety of imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography
• Provide timely and accurate radiology reports for emergency and routine cases
• Collaborate with referring physicians to clarify findings and discuss patient management
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and quality assurance standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education
• Utilize advanced PACS and RIS systems for seamless workflow management

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited radiology residency program
• Valid medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)

Technical & Professional Skills

• Minimum 2 years of clinical radiology experience post-residency
• Proficiency with PACS systems and digital imaging workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare teams
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy

Salary Range

$350,000 – $500,000 USD/year

Compensation varies based on experience, subspecialty expertise, shift coverage, and volume participation. Additional earning opportunities available through overtime, night differentials, and weekend coverage.
