You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of subspecialty radiologists, technologists, and clinical liaisons to ensure turnaround times meet or exceed client SLAs. This position offers full autonomy over your workload, with the option to specialize in neuro, musculoskeletal, body, or breast imaging based on your expertise and interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in peer‑review sessions and quality assurance programs to maintain accreditation standards.
  • Communicate critical findings directly to referring physicians via secure messaging and phone consults.

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME‑accredited diagnostic radiology residency.
  • Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or equivalent.
  • Active, unrestricted medical licenses in a minimum of 10 states (company assists with expansion).

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years post‑residency clinical experience in a high‑volume practice.
  • Proficiency with major PACS/RIS platforms (e.g., Sectra, Carestream, GE Centricity).
  • Strong command of structured reporting templates (RSNA, ACR).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
  • Comfort with AI‑triage tools and willingness to evaluate emerging algorithms.

Technical Setup

  • Dedicated, HIPAA‑secure home office with dual‑monitor diagnostic‑grade displays (≥ 5 MP).
  • High‑speed internet (≥ 100 Mbps symmetric) with redundant backup.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment technical audit of workstation calibration.

Salary Range

$380,000 – $520,000 USD per year (base compensation plus productivity bonuses, shift differentials, and annual CME stipend). Exact offer depends on subspecialty mix, volume commitment, and licensure breadth.
