Are you a board-certified radiologist looking to ditch the commute without sacrificing your income? We’re hiring Florida-licensed radiologists to join a fully remote, telehealth-first practice where you’ll read studies from the comfort of your home office, enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, and earn a highly competitive salary well above industry norms.

About the Role: Remote Radiologist Position

We’re a fast-growing, physician-led teleradiology group transforming how diagnostic imaging is delivered across the United States. By building a distributed network of top-tier radiologists, we eliminate geographic bottlenecks and dramatically reduce report delivery times for hospitals, outpatient centers, and specialty clinics.

As a fully remote radiologist licensed in Florida, you’ll interpret a diverse mix of CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain film studies using our proprietary cloud-based PACS platform. The workflow is streamlined, the case volume is calibrated to prevent burnout, and you’ll always have access to a subspecialty colleague for second-opinion reads. This is not a weekend-nightside gig or a locums hustle — it’s a long-term career track with leadership pathways, equity options for high performers, and the rare ability to practice elite medicine without ever leaving your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate clear, clinically actionable reports within agreed-upon turnaround windows.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians via secure messaging and telehealth consultations.
  • Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and tumor boards (virtual).
  • Maintain active Florida medical license and comply with all state and federal telehealth regulations.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited diagnostic radiology residency.
  • Board certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or willingness to obtain — we cover the cost).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience; fellowship training in subspecialty (MSK, neuro, body, breast, or emergency radiology) strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with high-volume teleradiology workflows and PACS/RIS platforms.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant home reading workspace.

Compensation & Salary Range

We believe top radiologists deserve top compensation. Our full-time remote radiologists earn a base salary ranging from $350,000 to $475,000 USD per year, depending on subspecialty, case volume, and shift structure. Nightshift and weekend differential opportunities can push total annual compensation past $525,000. Productivity bonuses, an annual CME stipend of $5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work — no commute, no relocation, no hospital politics.
  • Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule (with optional evening/night shift premium pay).
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave.
  • Premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your dependents.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match and discretionary profit-sharing.
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage fully covered.
  • State licensing reimbursement — we pay to expand to all 50 states if desired.
  • Cutting-edge AI-augmented workflow tools that reduce fatigue and sharpen diagnostic accuracy.

Why Remote Radiology? Why Now?

The radiology workforce is experiencing one of the most significant transformations in modern medicine. Demand for imaging services is projected to grow 5–7% annually through 2032, while burnout among in-person radiologists has reached record highs. Telehealth teleradiology isn’t just a pandemic-era workaround — it’s the future of diagnostic medicine, offering better work-life balance, higher earning potential, and the ability to serve more patients across larger geographies. By going remote, you reclaim hours every week, eliminate commuting stress, and gain the flexibility to structure your day around peak cognitive performance.

How to Apply

Qualified candidates can submit a current CV, a brief cover letter, and ABR certification documentation through our careers portal. Our recruiting team typically responds within five business days. All applications are reviewed by a physician committee — no automated keyword rejections.

If you’re a Florida-licensed radiologist ready to take control of your career, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Competitive pay, premium benefits, zero commute, and meaningful work that makes a real difference in patient outcomes.
