About the Role

Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and promptly using established clinical protocols.
• Prepare clear, timely reports integrated into electronic medical record and PACS platforms.
• Communicate urgent or unexpected findings directly with referring physicians when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, medical privacy standards, and secure remote-work requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, continuing education, and clinical performance evaluations.
• Support efficient image workflows while maintaining a high standard of patient safety and accuracy.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, or an internationally recognized equivalent.
• Unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state where the physician is authorized to practice.
• Board certification or board eligibility through the American Board of Radiology, American Board of Diagnostic Radiology, or an equivalent recognized organization.
• At least three years of professional radiology experience, with additional experience preferred for advanced subspecialty positions.
• Proficiency with PACS, RIS, electronic medical records, DICOM imaging, and secure dictation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment, written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with telemedicine, teleradiology, or remote diagnostic reporting is highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain a private, secure, and appropriately equipped home workspace.

Preferred Specialties

Candidates with focused experience in neuroradiology, thoracic imaging, abdominal imaging, musculoskeletal radiology, breast imaging, emergency radiology, vascular imaging, or pediatric radiology are encouraged to apply.
