About the Role

QuantumInsight Analytics is seeking a talented Quantitative Researcher to lead advanced statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and algorithm development for our global client base. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex data sets into actionable insights that power revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate quantitative models that solve high‑impact business challenges.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering using Python, R, and SQL.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear visual storytelling.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate models into production pipelines.
• Maintain model documentation and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Quantitative Discipline, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, econometrics, or financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and statistical software (R, SAS).
• Strong mathematical foundation and experience with machine‑learning algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large‑scale data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Background in fintech, ad tech, or e‑commerce analytics.

Compensation & Benefits
