About the Role

As a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will serve as a primary psychiatric provider for a panel of adult, adolescent, or geriatric patients via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This is a fully virtual position—no travel, no clinic overhead, and no geographic tether. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, initiate and manage psychopharmacological treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, care coordinators, and consulting psychiatrists.

We prioritize clinical excellence over volume. Our model supports 45–60 minute initial evaluations and 20–30 minute follow-ups, ensuring you have the time to practice high-quality medicine. You will leverage an intuitive EHR system designed specifically for behavioral health workflows, minimizing administrative burden and maximizing face-to-face patient time.

Clinical Focus & Daily Impact

• Diagnose and treat mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and complex comorbid conditions.
• Prescribe and monitor controlled and non-controlled substances per state regulations and DEA guidelines.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and therapists to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
• Participate in peer consultation groups and monthly clinical grand rounds.

Salary Range & Compensation Transparency

• Base Compensation: $145,000 – $185,000 USD/year (Full-Time Equivalent)
• Hourly Rate Equivalent: $110 – $135 USD/hour
• Performance Bonuses: Quarterly quality and access metrics bonuses up to $15,000 annually.
• Credentialing Stipend: Up to $2,500 for new state license acquisition and CAQH maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications
