About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing virtual clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to patients and families.
• Prescribe psychiatric medications in accordance with state licensure and regulations.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with therapists and primary care providers for integrated patient care.
• Participate in case conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice, ethics, and patient privacy (HIPAA).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a passionate clinician with a strong commitment to telehealth and patient-centered care. You must hold the necessary certifications and licenses to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a psychiatric specialty.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state where you will practice (must be a U.S. resident).

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings (telehealth experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and major EHR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient caseload remotely.
• Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and psychopharmacology.

Salary Range
