About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management via telehealth for adult and adolescent patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in weekly virtual case consultations and peer supervision sessions.
• Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in at least one U.S. state.
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the ANCC.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health care.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and virtual patient engagement is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or Kareo is a plus.
