About the Role

As a Remote Physician on our telehealth team, you will conduct video and phone consultations, diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient experiences. You will leverage our proprietary EHR platform to document encounters, order labs, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow‑up care—all without ever stepping into a brick‑and‑mortar clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based medical consultations via secure video and audio channels.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric cases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing clinical education.
• Adhere to state licensure requirements, telehealth regulations, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least three U.S. states (additional state licenses a plus).
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Minimum of 3 years of post‑residency clinical experience, with at least 1 year in telemedicine or urgent care.
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances via telehealth where permitted.
• Proficiency with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena) and comfort navigating virtual visit technology.
• Strong communication skills, cultural competency, and a patient‑centered approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote patient monitoring tools and chronic disease management programs.
• Familiarity with value‑based care models and quality metrics (HEDIS, MIPS).
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, or other high‑demand languages).
• Prior leadership or teaching role in a clinical setting.

Salary Range

$210,000 – $280,000 USD per year (base compensation plus performance bonuses). Exact offer depends on licensure breadth, years of experience, and specialty alignment.
