About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning under physician supervision.
• Manage chronic disease populations, coordinate care plans, and prescribe medications where permitted.
• Document all clinical encounters in the secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary remote teams, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure seamless patient continuity.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient education, and health promotion activities delivered via telehealth platforms.

Key Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) certification from the NCCPA (or equivalent) and current state licensure.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care.
• Strong proficiency with telehealth software, video conferencing tools, and EHR systems such as Meditech or Cerner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport in a virtual environment.

Compensation & Benefits
