About the Role

In this 100% remote position, you will serve as a key clinical provider within our patient-centric platform. Unlike traditional clinic settings, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workflow while ensuring seamless access to healthcare for our members. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient interviews and assessments via video and phone consultations.
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, ordering necessary lab work or imaging when required.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications within scope.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide proactive health education and counseling to empower patients to manage their well-being.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and contribute to clinical protocol improvements.

Requirements

Clinical & Educational Background

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in at least one US state (license mobility preferred).
• National certification through the NCCPA (PA-C).
• Successful completion of the NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination) is not required but valid state licensure is mandatory.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual interactions.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently.
