About the Role

As a Remote Physician Assistant with BrightPath Telecare, you will provide high-quality patient evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up care through secure video and phone consultations. This is a 100% work-from-home position open to residents of any U.S. state, allowing you to practice medicine without geographic limits while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to improve access to healthcare for underserved communities.

What You’ll Do Daily

• Conduct virtual patient intakes, assessments, and chronic care management.
• Prescribe medications and order labs within your state scope of practice.
• Document encounters in our HIPAA-compliant EHR system.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies.

Requirements

We’re looking for a licensed, patient-centered professional who thrives in a virtual setting. To succeed as our Remote Physician Assistant, you should meet the following criteria:

• Active, unrestricted PA license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state a plus).
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited program and current NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or telehealth.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, distraction-free home office.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with digital health platforms.

Salary Range

Based on national industry standards for remote physician assistants, this position offers an estimated compensation of $110,000 – $140,000 USD/year, paid bi-weekly with opportunities for performance bonuses. Final offers are tailored to experience, licensure, and state-specific market rates.
