About the Role

MediConnect Health is seeking a dedicated Remote Physician Assistant to become a pivotal member of our virtual care team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients across a wide range of conditions using secure telehealth platforms, collaborate with physicians and specialists, and ensure adherence to evidence‑based clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations, including history taking, physical assessments, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, prescribing medications and ordering necessary laboratory or imaging studies.
• Document comprehensive clinical notes and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Provide patient education and follow‑up support to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current, active Physician Assistant license in the United States and possess a graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or a specialty relevant to telehealth, is required. Board certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with telehealth technologies are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or virtual care environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telemedicine platforms.
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Certified Diabetes Care Specialist (CDCS).

Compensation & Benefits
