About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations, including history taking, physical assessments, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Develop and document individualized care plans, prescribing medications and ordering appropriate labs or imaging.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient education and follow‑up support to promote adherence and wellness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a licensed Physician Assistant with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care or specialty setting. Candidates must hold a current state PA license, possess a graduate degree from an accredited PA program, and be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and digital communication tools is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment are also required.

Education and Certification

A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is mandatory, along with successful completion of the PANCE exam. Additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred but not required.
