About the Role

Our telehealth platform connects patients with licensed clinicians through secure video visits. In this role you will perform focused assessments, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans under physician supervision. You’ll document encounters in our EHR system, provide patient education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑20 virtual patient visits per day across primary care and specialty streams.
• Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams (guided by patient‑reported data), and formulate differential diagnoses.
• Order appropriate diagnostic tests, review results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, following state‑specific regulations.
• Provide clear patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary case reviews and continuous training sessions.
• Adhere to HIPAA, telehealth best practices, and all applicable clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Current PA‑C certification and active state license (or eligibility for licensure in multiple states).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related specialty.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective virtual patient interactions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with physicians and care teams.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace.

Salary Range

Competitive compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 USD per year, based on experience and state licensure.
