Salary Range

About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will be the primary point of contact for patients seeking to recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, or improve athletic performance. Unlike traditional settings where you are bound to a treatment table, our model empowers you to coach, educate, and treat patients through a screen, utilizing your clinical expertise to overcome the limitations of distance.

What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will include conducting thorough virtual intake assessments to identify functional limitations, designing progressive home exercise programs tailored to individual patient goals, and providing real-time feedback during video sessions to correct form and prevent re-injury. You will also maintain detailed electronic health records and communicate treatment plans to referring physicians to ensure continuity of care across the healthcare system.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapy license in at least one state (multi-state compact preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation.
• High-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace for HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
• Proficiency in documentation software and a strong understanding of telehealth regulations.
