About the Role

As a Remote Personal Care Aide, you will be the primary source of daily support and emotional connection for clients who require assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). This is not a traditional in-home role; instead, you will use secure video conferencing and digital tools to conduct check-ins, provide reminders, offer guidance, and monitor well-being. You will create a consistent, reliable presence in a client’s life, helping them maintain independence and dignity from a distance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily virtual check-ins via video call to assess client well-being, mood, and safety.
• Provide reminders and encouragement for medication adherence, meal times, hydration, and exercise routines.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments, managing medication refills, and coordinating with family members or other care professionals.
• Document observations, interactions, and any changes in condition accurately in our secure care management system.

Qualifications & Skills

Salary & Benefits
