About the Role

As a Remote Personal Care Aide, you will be the vital link between our clients and the care they need. Your day will involve virtual check-ins, coordinating with local care teams, managing schedules, and providing cheerful social interaction. You will work with a leading home care agency, Sunrise Support Services, using our secure platform to serve a caseload of 3-5 clients, ensuring each individual’s plan is followed and their well-being is monitored.

How This Remote Model Works

This is a true 100% work-from-home position. You will conduct all client interactions via scheduled video calls, phone check-ins, and secure messaging. You will use our proprietary dashboard to log interactions, update care plans, and communicate with local in-home caregivers and family members. Your role is administrative, emotional, and coordinative—perfect for organized, tech-savvy communicators who want to help from afar.

Salary & Compensation

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 USD/year

Compensation is based on a combination of base hourly rate (for scheduled client hours), a monthly caseload stipend, and performance bonuses for client satisfaction and plan adherence. Part-time and full-time schedules (20-40 hours/week) are available. Florida state minimum wage and overtime laws apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular, scheduled virtual wellness and social visits with clients via video conferencing.
  • Act as a central communication hub, relaying important information between clients, local in-home aides, family members, and clinical staff.
  • Help clients and families navigate non-medical resources: meal delivery services, transportation options, social activity calendars, and community programs.
  • Maintain meticulous digital records of all interactions, client mood, and any concerns in our secure system.
  • Provide gentle reminders for medications, appointments, and hydration/meals (as per the established care plan).
  • Offer engaging conversation, cognitive games, and virtual companionship to combat isolation.
  • Identify and promptly report any changes in client condition or safety concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications
