About the Role

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing personal care or supportive services to seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort using video conferencing tools and basic electronic health record systems.

Preferred Qualifications
