What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management files and calendars in our secure legal software.
• Draft standard legal documents such as demand letters, status reports, and routine court filings under attorney supervision.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Assistant, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in a litigation or corporate setting.
• Proficient in legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Casetext.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
