Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage electronic case management systems, ensuring that all documents are correctly indexed and stored.
• Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other authoritative sources.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including the collection, production, and organization of evidence.
• Draft correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings, handling all logistical details.
• Maintain up‑to‑date attorney calendars and track critical deadlines.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the preparation of intake packets.

Requirements

Salary & Compensation
