Salary Range & Earning Potential
We offer a competitive base salary of $58,000 – $74,000 USD/year, aligned with industry standards for remote outside sales roles in the software sector. On top of your base, you will earn uncapped monthly commission on every closed deal, with top performers bringing home $115,000+ in total annual compensation. Commission payouts are processed monthly, with no caps or clawbacks, so your earning potential is entirely tied to your performance. All compensation is paid in USD, and we handle all required Texas state tax withholdings for our remote team members.
Requirements
Core Qualifications
Must be a current, full-time resident of Texas (we are unable to sponsor out-of-state relocations for this role). Minimum 2 years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or business services. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and virtual sales tools (Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space free from distractions.
