About the Role

As a Remote Operations Research Analyst, you will be the backbone of our data-driven decision-making process. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy advanced analytical models (e.g., optimization, simulation, forecasting) to solve complex operational problems.
• Analyze large datasets using programming languages (Python, R) and statistical software to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Operations Research Analyst, Data Scientist, Quantitative Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and/or R programming.
• Experience with optimization libraries (e.g., PuLP, Gurobi, CPLEX) and simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, SimPy).
• Strong statistical analysis skills, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.

Preferred Qualifications
