About the Role

As a Remote Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate care plans with physicians, specialists, and support staff. You will leverage a secure, HIPAA‑compliant platform to provide real‑time video visits, asynchronous messaging, and remote monitoring for a diverse patient population spanning primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

Perform thorough health histories, physical examinations via video, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Care Coordination

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, behavioral health clinicians, and care managers, to ensure seamless transitions and follow‑up.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records, adhere to state licensure regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Clinical Credentials

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multi‑state licensure preferred).

Technical Proficiency
