About the Role

As a Remote Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive telehealth services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow‑up care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient visits via video and phone, performing thorough health histories and physical assessments.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, within scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed based on patient response.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing; multi‑state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses is preferred.
• Board certification (FNP‑BC, AGPCNP‑BC, PMHNP‑BC, or equivalent) through ANCC or AANP.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, urgent care, or a specialty setting.
• Prior telehealth or remote patient monitoring experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) and video conferencing platforms.
