About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at MindBridge Wellness, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Our innovative telehealth platform connects you with clients via secure video sessions, allowing you to practice from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure telehealth platform
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health treatment
• Participate in weekly case consultations and ongoing professional development

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states (we provide support for multi-state licensure)
