About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Counselor to join our growing telehealth team. In this fully remote position, you will provide individual and group counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and groups
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Stay current with best practices in telehealth and mental health treatment

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience providing telehealth services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and private workspace
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms

Salary Range

Based on industry standards and experience, the salary range for this position is typically $55,000 – $75,000 USD per year, with potential for performance-based bonuses and annual increases.
