About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate and licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our telehealth practice. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you’ll provide virtual therapy sessions to clients across multiple states, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. What You’ll Do

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential virtual therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients dealing with mental health challenges
• Maintain detailed client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Previous experience in mental health counseling preferred
• Strong communication skills and empathy for client concerns
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for client sessions
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary Range

$50,000 – $70,000 USD/year based on experience and client volume. Counselors keep 100% of session fees, with additional bonuses for client retention and referrals.
