About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure video conferencing. Salary & Compensation

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent state licensure (or eligible for licensure) in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents.
• Proficiency with tele‑health platforms (Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me, or similar) and electronic medical records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport virtually.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) and a private, HIPAA‑compliant workspace.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma‑informed care.
