Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

• Conduct comprehensive virtual intake assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT to help clients achieve their mental wellness goals.
• Maintain meticulous, timely, and secure electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Advocacy & Management

• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions based on clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and case managers to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on coping mechanisms and mental health resources.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical counseling, preferably with a track record of success in a telehealth environment.
