About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at MindBridge Wellness, you will deliver individualized therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, telephone, or chat. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists to create holistic care plans for adults, adolescents, and families. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing therapy sessions using evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma‑focused therapy).
• Documenting sessions and progress notes in our HIPAA‑compliant electronic health record.
• Participating in weekly interdisciplinary case conferences and performance reviews.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their support networks.
• Staying current with licensure requirements and continuing education.

Requirements

Licensure & Credentials

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
• Current state license in good standing; ability to practice in multiple states preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
