Key Responsibilities

Patient Preparation & Intake

Gather chief complaints, update medical histories, verify insurance eligibility, and confirm consent forms prior to each video encounter.

Clinical Documentation

Enter real‑time data into the EHR, capture vitals reported by patients, and flag abnormal results for provider review.

Medication & Order Management

Perform medication reconciliation, process e‑prescriptions, and coordinate lab or imaging orders with partner facilities.

Care Coordination & Follow‑Up

Schedule follow‑up appointments, communicate care plans to patients, and liaise with pharmacies and specialists to close referral loops.

Quality & Compliance

Requirements

Clinical Competencies

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential.

Technical Proficiency

Communication & Soft Skills

Salary Range
