About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during virtual visits by preparing documentation, sharing screens, and managing follow‑up orders.
• Coordinate prescription refills, lab orders, and referral requests while ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
• Provide timely responses to patient portal messages and phone inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies for remote staff and assist with telehealth equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting.
