Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient intake and update medical histories via secure telehealth platforms.
• Coordinate prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations with pharmacies and insurance providers.
• Manage patient scheduling and reminders to reduce no-show rates and improve clinic efficiency.
• Document patient encounters accurately within the EHR system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to answer non-clinical inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of virtual charts and ensure all lab results are uploaded and flagged for provider review.

Salary Range

$48,000 – $62,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and certifications)
