About the Role

Apex Dynamics is seeking a talented Mechanical Designer to transform concepts into functional, manufacturable designs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support product development from ideation through prototyping, and ensure that every component meets rigorous performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks or CATIA, adhering to GD&T and manufacturing best practices.
• Perform design analysis, including stress testing and tolerance stacking, to validate performance under real‑world conditions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, such as drawing packages, bill of materials, and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing partners, and quality assurance to iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain a library of reusable components and stay current with emerging industry standards and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within consumer products or automotive sectors.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo) and familiarity with FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost‑optimization techniques.
