About the Role

As a Remote Mechanical Designer, you will be the technical backbone of our product pipeline. Working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams, you’ll translate customer requirements into detailed 3D CAD models, BOMs, and manufacturing‑ready drawings. Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize 3D models using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA.
• Develop detailed 2‑D drawings, GD&T annotations, and tolerance analyses for production.
• Perform design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) assessments.
• Collaborate with electrical and software teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.
• Participate in virtual design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate quickly based on stakeholder input.
• Maintain design documentation in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
