About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent tools.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to validate design performance.
• Develop comprehensive engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and manufacturing specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize product weight, cost, and durability.
• Participate in virtual design reviews, providing clear presentations and actionable feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards, material properties, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field is required. Candidates should have at least 3‑5 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within a product development or manufacturing setting. Proven success delivering designs from concept through production validation is essential.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD platforms.
• Strong understanding of FEA, CFD, and tolerance analysis techniques.
• Experience with GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes such as injection molding, CNC machining, and 3D printing.
