Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity 3D models and detailed 2D technical drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
• Execute complex assembly modeling and ensure proper fit and function through rigorous interference checks.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication) to optimize cost and performance.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve design issues and optimize parts for assembly.
• Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date within our digital ecosystem.
• Conduct virtual design reviews to iterate on prototypes and refine mechanical systems.

Requirements
