Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 engineers, product designers, and QA analysts.
• Set clear sprint goals, track progress, and adjust priorities to meet business objectives.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with product owners to define requirements, prioritize back‑log items, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate status reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
