Join a forward‑thinking team where your analytical expertise shapes strategy, improves operations, and fuels growth—all from the comfort of your home office. We’re looking for a curious problem‑solver who turns complex data into clear, actionable insights.

About the Role

As a Remote Management Analyst, you will partner with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate performance metrics, model forecasting scenarios, and recommend process improvements that align with corporate objectives. Your work directly influences budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for real‑time decision making.
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, and root‑cause investigations on KPI deviations.
  • Build predictive models to forecast revenue, cost, and workforce needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through concise reports and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering to define data governance standards and automate recurring analyses.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by mapping current processes and designing future‑state workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in management analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
  • Hands‑on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and dashboard design best practices.
  • Strong statistical knowledge—regression, time‑series forecasting, hypothesis testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical findings for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as CBAP, PMP, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL pipeline design.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or Asana for project tracking.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare analytics.

Salary Range

$70,000 – $95,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and geographic cost‑of‑living adjustments.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% remote work with a generous home‑office stipend ($1,200 annually).
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents.
  • 401(k) match up to 5% plus profit‑sharing contributions.
  • Unlimited PTO policy encouraging true work‑life balance.
  • Annual learning budget ($2,500) for courses, certifications, and conferences.
  • Quarterly virtual team‑building events and an annual in‑person retreat (travel covered).
  • Employee assistance program and mental‑wellness resources.

Company Culture & Remote Work Philosophy

Our culture is built on trust, transparency, and outcomes‑over‑hours. We leverage asynchronous communication tools (Slack, Notion, Loom) to give you flexibility across time zones while maintaining alignment through weekly syncs and quarterly OKR reviews. Diversity of thought is celebrated, and every analyst has a direct line to leadership for idea sharing and career growth.

How to Succeed in This Role

Success means turning raw data into strategic narratives that drive measurable business impact. You’ll thrive if you proactively seek data quality improvements, embrace iterative analysis cycles, and communicate insights with storytelling flair. Continuous learning—whether mastering a new modeling technique or exploring emerging BI features—is expected and supported.
