  • Implementation rate of recommended initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA) and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior leadership via video conference.
  • Self‑starter with proven time‑management skills in a fully remote setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (remote work permitted nationwide).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Background in financial modeling or corporate budgeting.

Benefits

  • Fully remote – work from any U.S. location with a reliable internet connection.
  • Competitive salary with annual performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Generous paid time off + 10 company holidays.
  • Professional development stipend for certifications, courses, or conferences.
  • Home office allowance (up to $1,000) for ergonomic furniture or tech upgrades.
