What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, operations, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics and visualization platforms.
• Strong ability to evaluate complex information and communicate recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certification may stand out. Experience supporting SaaS, professional services, healthcare, or technology organizations is also valuable. Salary Range

The estimated base salary for this remote Management Analyst position is $68,000–$94,000 USD per year, depending on experience, location, and relevant expertise. Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. This range reflects current market standards for experienced management analysts working remotely in the United States.
