About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate third‑party contractors, negotiate service agreements, and verify work quality through photo/video documentation.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, warranty tracking, and compliance records (OSHA, EPA, local codes).

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on commercial or industrial maintenance experience.
